We work closely with on-site staff to determine the current security profile of the facility and identify risks.

Assessment

Following our on-site evaluation, our team will perform a comprehensive assessment of the facility which may take place during business hours or after as well as during the day or at night to expose all areas of concern. Specifically we look for:

• Interior and exterior of the property

• Tenant and visitor access control

• Doors and locks

• Vehicular and employee traffic

• Close circuit television

• Security staffing

 

 

Post-Assessment

Following our assessment, we provide a detailed report that outlines our observed risks and security analysis. Our recommendations take into consideration the degree of protection required to facilitate risk reduction and loss prevention as well as budget to employ those tactics. We then work with corporate campus officials and management to integrate those tactics as well as perform ongoing follow up, training and compliance management as necessary.
